Located in Southern California, PSC facilitates the funding process for new construction projects, acquisition and refinancing through debt, equity and mezzanine loans.


As an intermediary, PSC has relationships with banks, SBA lenders and private lenders, nationwide. We negotiate and manage the process for you.

About the Founder and CEO


Pacific Street Capital was founded in 2003, by Kim Carhart. Her background and passion for business and finance coupled with her decades of experience, is brought to each project. She knows the funding process takes knowledge, relationships and diligence.


When she founded PSC, she saw the need to assist developers and property owners, to find a reliable resource and advocate to help them secure financing for their projects.


Matching the best lenders and investors with a property or development project is vital to the success of the project, as is managing the funding process.

Kim’s attention to details and timelines is the backbone of her commitment to service and is the cornerstone of PSC.


Growing up in New York, she now resides in Los Angeles, California. This coast-to-coast perspective provides the vision and passion for sourcing funding for projects across the country.


Kim is a graduate of Cornell University, with a B.S. degree in Economics.


In her spare time Kim enjoys lifting weights, cycling and running. She has completed more than 15 century rides and 12 marathons.
